Academy Financial Assistance
Every athlete deserves the opportunity to play.
Financial circumstances should not prevent young athletes from exploring rugby development opportunities.
Making Rugby Accessible
We understand that organized sport can create financial challenges for families. Registration, equipment and travel expenses can add up, especially for athletes travelling between Thompson Okanagan communities.
We want athletes interested in either the Girls Academy or Boys Academy to feel comfortable reaching out about participation costs.
Please Don’t Let Cost Be the Reason You Decide Not to Join
If the program fee is a barrier for your family, contact us before deciding not to participate. We can discuss individual payment or support plans that may work for your circumstances.
How We Can Help
Flexible Payment Plans
Discuss alternative payment arrangements if the standard schedule is difficult.
Individual Support
Explore possible assistance based on your circumstances and available resources.
Community Sponsorship
Contributions from sponsors may help reduce participation costs for athletes.
Assistance is considered individually and depends on available resources. Financial support cannot be guaranteed.
Private & Confidential
We understand that discussing finances can be personal. Inquiries will be handled privately and respectfully by those responsible for reviewing assistance requests.
You do not need to share detailed financial information in your initial message. Simply let us know which academy interests your athlete and that you would like to discuss assistance.
